Project Overview:
The Jane Goodall Institute, a non-profit environmental organization founded by the world renown primatologist, Jane Goodall has been working since the 70s to improve the global understanding and treatment of great apes through research, public education and advocacy, while contributing to the preservation of great apes and their habitats by focusing on the community centered conservation and education programs that promote sustainable livelihoods in the communities which inhabit chimpanzee territories.
Fusestudios Media was challenged to develop and implement a mission-based communications strategy for harnessing the Internet for fundraising, marketing, and communicating the institute's mission.
Creating a fully rounded solution meant integrating its online fundraising and advocacy efforts with the organizations constituent relationship management software, and in house accounting software to manage donors, track visitors interests, and develop rich system analytics. A tight economy, and limited resources meant getting it all done on a budget.
